Privacy Policy

When you submit the quote form we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, job location, timeline, and a description of the work. Nothing on this form is required beyond your name and phone number.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard server information such as IP address and request time. We use the IP address only to rate-limit form submissions and block spam.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or session recording. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.

To respond to your request: to call, text, or email you about the scan you asked about, to prepare a quote, to schedule the work, and to deliver your report. If you become a customer, we keep your job information as a business record.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing connor@wasatchconcretescanning.com. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

We use service providers to run the site and deliver your form submission to our inbox — currently a website host and a transactional email provider. They process the information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Quote requests that don't become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can follow up and keep a record of what we quoted. Records for completed jobs — including scan reports — are kept as long as we may need them for business, tax, insurance, or legal purposes.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connor@wasatchconcretescanning.com or call (801) 361-5066. We may need to keep records we're required to retain, such as records of work performed.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send us sensitive personal information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through this form.

This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
