These terms govern your use of wasatchconcretescanning.com. The work itself is governed by the written proposal or service agreement we sign with you; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Descriptions, timelines, and rates on this site are general information for planning, not a binding offer. Pricing depends on scope, site conditions, and access, and is confirmed in a written quote. Nothing here is engineering advice — we report what we observe; decisions about structural capacity belong to a licensed engineer.

Ground penetrating radar is a non-destructive method with real, well-understood limits. By engaging us you acknowledge that:

• ▪Detection depth and resolution vary with concrete moisture, age, mix, rebar congestion, and surface access. Some conditions substantially reduce what radar can see.
• ▪Densely reinforced slabs can mask objects underneath the top mat of steel.
• ▪GPR indicates the presence and approximate location and depth of anomalies. It does not identify with certainty what an anomaly is, whether a conduit is energized, or whether a line is in service.
• ▪No scan can guarantee that every embedded object has been detected.
• ▪Surface markings are accurate as of the time and location scanned. They degrade, get washed away, and become unreliable once the surface is disturbed. Re-scan if markings are unclear or time has passed.

• ▪De-energize, isolate, or otherwise make safe any circuits and services that could be affected by planned penetrations.
• ▪Give us safe, cleared access to the scan area, and tell us about known hazards, post-tension construction, and any as-built drawings you have.
• ▪Verify critical locations by non-destructive means — hand digging, vacuum excavation, or a pilot hole — before committing a saw or core bit.

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, delay, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
