If it's buried in concrete, we find it.

Every job includes on-site surface markings and a written PDF report with depths and findings — delivered within 24 hours.

01

Rebar & Wire Mesh Locating

Before saw cutting, core drilling, or anchoring, we map the reinforcing steel in your slab or wall — spacing, depth, and orientation — and mark it on the surface. Your crew cuts between the steel instead of through it, keeping structural capacity intact and blades alive.

  • Layout marked directly on the slab in crayon or paint
  • Depth-to-steel estimates at each cut or core location
  • Walls, columns, and elevated decks — not just floors
02

Post-Tension Cable Locating

PT tendons carry enormous stored force. Cut one and you're looking at an engineered repair, schedule impact, and a genuinely dangerous failure. We locate tendons and mark safe cut zones so coring in PT decks is routine instead of roulette.

  • Tendon paths traced and marked across the work area
  • Clear go / no-go zones for every planned penetration
  • Documentation the GC and engineer can sign off on
03

Conduit & In-Slab Utility Detection

Electrical conduit, communications, radiant heat loops, and plumbing routinely run through slabs — and the as-builts are wrong more often than they're right. We find what's actually there.

  • PVC and metallic conduit located, including live power
  • Radiant heat tubing mapped before flooring penetrations
  • In-slab plumbing and drain lines flagged where detectable
04

Void Detection

Water movement and poor compaction leave voids under slabs-on-grade. They show up later as cracking, settlement, and in the worst cases a slab that lets go under load. We identify suspect zones before they become failures.

  • Sub-slab void and washout screening
  • Pre-repair mapping so grout goes where it's needed
  • Useful before equipment placement on older slabs
05

Slab Thickness & Structural Assessment

For remodels, change-of-use evaluations, and due diligence, we measure actual slab thickness and reinforcement layout — real data for your engineer instead of assumptions from a 40-year-old drawing set.

  • Thickness profiles across the area of interest
  • Reinforcement type, spacing, and cover depth
  • Findings in a report formatted for engineering use
